LEBLANC,    PIERCE J.  "PETER"  
A resident and native of Pain-courtville, he died Wednesday, 
March 28, 2001, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, 
Ba-ton Rouge. He was 80. Survived by four sisters, Lena L. Newchurch, 
Virginia "Jennie" LeBlanc and Bernice L. Comeaux, all of 
Pain-courtville, and Annette L. Si-moneaux, Belle Rose; and a brother, 
Alfred P. LeBlanc Sr., Ba-ton Rouge. Preceded in death by his parents, 
Felix "Blute" LeBlanc and Annette Daigle LeBlanc; and a brother, 
Joseph "Jo Jo" LeBlanc. He donated his body to LSU Medi-cal Center, 
New Orleans. Memo-rial services at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 
Paincourtville, at 11 a.m. Saturday. In lieu of flow-ers, memorial 
donations may be made to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Memorial Fund 
or St. Elizabeth School Memorial Fund, Paincourtville.
