LEBLANC, JERRY JOSEPH "SAP" A sugar-cane farmer and native and resident of White Castle, he died at 2:20 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2000, in Baton Rouge. He was 59. Visiting was held at Ourso Funeral Home, White Castle, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday. Visiting at the funeral home from 8 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, White Castle, at 11 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Michael Galea. Entombment in White Castle Mausoleum. Survived by wife of 38 years, Hilda Gaudet LeBlanc; mother, Mabel Gomez LeBlanc, White Castle; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patty and Ricky Phillips, Bayou Pigeon, and Peggy and Ricky Zeringue, White Castle; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Todd and Wendy Rousseau LeBlanc, White Castle, and Randall LeBlanc, Baton Rouge; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Matt Randazzo and Diane and Hubert Louque, all of Donaldsonville, and Susie and Adam Michel, Bayou Pigeon; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Dudley and Marie LeBlanc and Jeddy and Clara LeBlanc, all of White Castle, Larry and Butsy LeBlanc, Plaquemine, and Etienne "Ed" and Karen LeBlanc, Donaldsonville; and six grandchildren, Kimberly and Courtney Phillips, Bayou Pigeon, and Brittney, Chelsea and Caroline Zeringue and McKenzie LeBlanc, all of White Castle. Preceded in death by father, Etienne LeBlanc Sr. Pallbearers will be Ricky Zeringue, Ricky Phillips, Larry, Etienne, Jeddy Jr., Kim LeBlanc, Ray Guillot and Buster Dugas.
