SULPHUR - Funeral services for John Pierre LeBlanc, 38, will 
be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, from Prompt Succor Catholic 
Church.
The Rev. Donald Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in a 
Lafayette cemetery under the direction of Robison Funeral 
Home.
Visitation is 3-10 p.m. Wednesday and from 8:30 a.m. 
Thursday.
Mr. LeBlanc died Saturday, Sept. 3, 2000, in a Mamou 
hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Sulphur.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Wasson LeBlanc of Sulphur; 
his father, Willis LeBlanc of Sulphur; and his grandmother, 
Eva Rice Blanchard of Shreveport.
