Obituary published in The Advocate on: 7/23/00 LEBLANC, JOHN I. Father, friend, veteran of the United States Air Force and member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Local 995, he died Friday, July 14, 2000. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Randolph LeBlanc; his father, Ishmael LeBlanc; and his mother, Nettye Mae LeBlanc. He is lovingly survived by two sons, John R. LeBlanc of Tyler, Texas, and Michael B. LeBlanc of Baton Rouge; his two brothers, James LeBlanc and Boyd Young LeBlanc; his mother-in-law, Ellen L. Randolph; his brother-in-law, Robert R. Randolph; his dear friend, Kathy Duenwald; and his fellow brothers in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was laid to rest in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
